Once you visit the Cliffs of Moher in Clare, Ireland, you will see why it is one of the most visited attractions in Ireland.
The Cliffs of Moher were formed over 300 million years ago during the Upper Carboniferous period. There are many tours available to discovery this natural beauty. There is also a stunning 20km coastal walk where you will travel from LIscannor and Hags Head in the south, along by the majestic Cliffs of Moher and to Doolin in the North.
Photographers world wide flock to the Cliffs of Moher to take advantage of one of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see.
Pack a lunch, put on your walking shoes and enjoy the beauty of the Cliffs of Moher. Do not let the weather be a deterrent because sometimes the gusts of high wind add to its beauty. There can be high fog at times which may not be the best for photographs.
I would love to hear how you enjoyed visiting the Cliff of Moher. Send me some photos via Instagram/Facebook/Twitter at Wanderireland.

I was so excited to visit the Cliffs. Unfortunately it was too foggy to see anything. I fully intend to go back and finally see them.
